Pretty light lychee-pink hue. The nose is expressive and complex with aromas of exotic fruits (litchi and passion fruit), white peach and acacia. The mouth is fruity with notes of white peach and hints of pomegranate. Beautiful length with a persistence of the fruit. A fine and elegant wine in true Provençal tradition.

CLIMATE
The 2021 vintage began with a mild and dry winter leading to an early budding. The beginning of spring was marked by three successive white frosts which affected the future harvest. The vines then took full advantage of the generous rains up until a very hot summer arrived. The drought conditions put a lot of stress on the vines putting further pressure future yields. Fortunately, the rains at the start of the harvest allowed the vines to regain their balance and the grapes to reach their full maturity.
