Vacheron Sancerre Blanc 2019

Elegant white fruit aroma with elderflowers on the nose. Full-bodied, very elegant and fruit intense, but also with mineral and phenolic grip, it has a powerful finish.

93pts (Parker) - The 2019 Sancerre opens with a clear and highly attractive ripe peach aroma with coolish flint stone notes. Full-bodied and intense, with lingering salinity and sustainable structure, this is an already accessible Sancerre with a long and grippy finish.

Pale gold with light green highlights.

Nice nose, straight and elegant, a beautiful maturity, an aroma of white flowers, yellow fruit, citrus and minerals.

Mouth: A pleasant fullness, with a mature and elegant character, powerful and complex aromatic intensity, notes of white flowers and candied citrus, underlying minerality, harmonious balance, a final persistent and fresh.

PAIRING WINE: grilled filet mignon with sage. Shad with sorrel and spinach. Colas crab au gratin.
