This material was selected for its exceptional quality and appearance. As with most natural materials, variations in thickness and color are to be expected. Due to the delicate nature of the fiber, normal wear and fraying will occur over time as this material is handwoven. It is recommended that raffia not be exposed to water in order to maintain its appearance.
