What should I put on my Atelerie registry?


We’re not going to lie—you’re going to have a hard time keeping your Atelerie registry small! Because you can find just about everything you need here at Atelerie, you can fill your wishlist with goodies like jewelry, PJs, glassware, sheets, and towels. Atelerie is the place for upscale houseware and décor, which is why a Atelerie registry is a must-have for couples looking to outfit their newlywed home in style. And don’t forget our peronalize it or preorder shop! You can use it to personalize or preorder just about anything your heart desires.

Do we pull and hold all the items on someone's gift registry?


No, sorry we do not hold any items but we do try our best to keep as much inventory in stock for the registry as possible and can always special order items on a gift registry if an item sells out. We do encourage customers to make their purchases sooner if they can because items do often sell out.


Can you pull all the items from someone's registry so they can view them all before purchasing?


Absolutely, however if you could give us some notice before you pop by the shop we can gather all the items before you arrive or if you don't mind coming back we can make sure we have all the items gathered together by a specific date/ time. For the most part a lot of our items included on the gift registry are out on the shop floor and we will be happy to point them out to you.


Can we customize specific items?


Yes, a lot of our items are available to be special ordered with personalized options. For example: Paravel, EF Collection, Style Union Home. We can also special order specific color ways in homeware items if that is of interest. For example: Zafferano glasses, Estelle glasses, Hawkins items etc. Please note for all special orders/ custom orders they are final sale and do require a half deposit to confirm the special order.


How do I know if an item is on someone's gift registry vs a regular online order?


Items purchased through someone's gift registry will include a unique code on their online orders here at the shop for our staff. If we see this on an online order we will automatically get it is a gift ready and wrap appropriately. 

When one of your guest purchases from your registry online it will be tracked through your registry ID. However, if a guest is purchasing a registry gift in-store we will need to know who's registry they are purchasing for at checkout so we can update your gift registry online. We encourage all customers to let us know when they are purchasing a registry gift in-store so we can both track the item for the recipient, avoid duplicate gifts as well as prep your gift so it's gift ready!


How does a customer include a note for the recipient?


There is always a note section at checkout for a customer to include a note for us to write a message or let us know a detail they would like us to do or include. I am an International Guest, can I order for a local gift registry from abroad?

Absolutely! Any one can place an online order for a registry from any location or if you will to do it over the phone or via email (info@atelerie.com) please give us a call and we would be happy to help (441-296-0280)!

How do I share my Atelerie registry with guests?


It’s super simple to share your Atelerie registry with your loved ones. To do so, create a registry online (click here to get started!) —your registry will then appear on the site. From there, you will have access to a shareable link for your personal registry. This automatically copies the URL for your registry, which you can then add to your Save The Dates and wedding invitations. Simple as that!

What happens if an item on a gift registry is sold out?

If we sell out of an item on a gift registry before it is purchased for the recipient we, Atelerie staff, can not delete items off of the registry. Only the creator of the registry can delete items - we can only update purchased quantities. The recipient can leave them there in case they would like guests to know we can special order out of stock items but if not we will contact the recipient to remove any sold out items - we will keep track of anything like this and stay in touch with both the guest and recipient.

Inventory discrepancies on a Gift Registry:

Here at Atelerie we try our best to keep our inventory up to date however inventory discrepancies can occur and we do apologise about this. Please note we will do all we can do to avoid any discrepancies but if something does arise we will be in touch with both the recipient and guest depending on the scenario. Please note we do have both and online + in-store platforms and we do our best to fulfil online orders ASAP but in-store purchases/ customers do take priority due to the size of our team.

How do I find an Atelerie registry?


You can find someone's registry on our website or by popping into the shop and asking any member of our team to help you. On Atelerietheshop.com site, click “Atelerie Registry” under the Gift tab, then enter the name you are looking for to find their registry.
